Gov. Bruce Rauner may be set to sign legislation limiting cooperation between officials in Illinois and federal immigration authorities. Brian McCann‘s brother Dennis was killed by an illegal immigration. Brian wrote a book about his brother’s story called “Death In Chicago.” He joined Dan and Amy with reaction to Governor Rauner’s decision to sign SB31:

 

The four Democratic and Republican legislative leaders said Thursday that they have reached a tentative agreement with Gov. Bruce Rauner on a plan to fund schools, though the sides warn a deal is not yet final. It looks like it could be a victory for supporters of school choice. Kristen McQueary from the Chicago Tribune joined Dan and Amy with reaction to the deal:

CNN has made no attempt to retract or modify a Wednesday report that calls all supporters of President Donald Trump “white supremacists by default.”

 

The ACLU got a big lesson in political correctness after posting a photo of a white baby holding an American flag to its Twitter page — and has backed off after social media trolls accused the free-speech group of promoting Nazis.

 

Lou Ferrigno, has revealed he could soon be taking up a job in President Trump’s administration. Ferrigno may head up the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition to help get the US fit and healthy.
