Fox News reported this video of Sen. Jeff Flake saying that a small bipartisan group of senators has come up with a deal regarding DACA and border security. They are currently discussing the deal with a wider group of senators before releasing the details. Democrats and Republicans not in the group say talks are still ongoing.

 

Sen. Rand Paul is threatening to filibuster reauthorization of the FISA domestic surveillance program without reform. He told MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ that the Fourth Amendment requires authorities to get a warrant before spying on Americans.

 

President Donald Trump said Thursday that an FBI agent once involved in the special counsel’s Russia probe committed “treason,” and he called for Republican investigators in Congress to conclude their probes swiftly.
