There seems to be some dispute over whether or not there is a deal on DACA between the White House and Congress. Fox News Chief National Correspondent Ed Henry joined Dan and Amy to help sort things out:

North Korea has fired a ballistic missile across Japan, creating new tension in the region after its nuclear bomb test less than two weeks ago. Former Pentagon official Jed Babbin joined Dan and Amy with reaction to the latest test:

The hurricanes in Texas and Florida have rekindled the debate over global warming. Bjorn Lomborg the director of the Copenhagen Consensus think tank and author of “Cool It” and “Skeptical Environmentalist” joined Dan and Amy with reaction to the debate:

C-SPAN caught Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on hot mic on the Senate floor today saying that he had advised President Donald Trump that he would be “better off” if the “sometimes steps left.”

 

The dean of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government has announced that the school has withdrawn its invitation to convicted WikiLeaks leaker Chelsea Manning to serve as a visiting fellow.

 

Berkeley put up a concrete barriers all over town to stop Antifa protesters at Ben Shapiro’s speech.

 

A recent poll conducted by the University of Pennsylvania finds that residents of the United States are poorly informed about basic constitutional provisions. The newly released survey suggests Americans cannot name a single right protected by the First Amendment.

 

A college professor who decided it would be a good idea to spout that he would “be ok if” U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos “was sexually assaulted” has now resigned from his teaching job — after resigning from another job — and also apologized profusely.
