A Father’s Day ad in Australia featuring a traditional family structure was not aired because it was seen as political intervention in the same-sex marriage debate. The ad, titled “Our Children Our Future,” begins with a father singing a lullaby to his newborn child, which included egregious lyrics like “your mommy and daddy are a perfect team.”

Pritzker was the museum’s chief fundraiser.

Former Ald. Sandi Jackson’s divorce from former U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. keeps getting nastier. Now she wants to subpoena television reporter Tamron Hall as well as a Harvey strip club owner, a former restaurant hostess and bikini model Jackson has described as a “social acquaintance” and Jackson Jr.’s father, the Rev. Jesse Jackson — among 12 people she says have knowledge about how the disgraced couple’s marriage fell apart.

State lawmakers in California have approved a plan to name a stretch of freeway in the Los Angeles area for former President Barack Obama. A stretch of the 134 Freeway passing through the Eagle Rock section of Los Angeles and the cities of Glendale and Pasadena will be known as the President Barack H.
