Embattled FBI agent Peter Stzrok, whose anti-Trump text messages exposed the Justice Department to claims of institutional bias defended himself Thursday at an extraordinary congressional hearing that devolved into shouting matches, finger-pointing and not so veiled references to personal transgressions.

 

GOP Rep. Louie Gohmert and Democratic Rep. David Cicilline lead Thursday’s Peter Strzok hearing off the rails when Gohmert accuses the former FBI agent of lying under oath, lying to his wife, and lying to the American people.
