Ron DeSantis, the Republican nominee for Florida Governor told Fox News Wednesday morning that Florida shouldn’t “monkey this up” by embracing the agenda of Democratic nominee Andrew Gillum less than 12 hours after both won their respective primaries.

 

Facebook is at risk of losing 32% of its conservative users due to concerns the social media giant is censoring its content, a new national omnibus survey. Of conservatives who have used Facebook, 32.3% say they have either left (7.5%), or are considering leaving (24.8%), Facebook due to its censorship of conservative views.

 

Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. said weaker sales of Under Armour Inc. apparel and a decision to pull back from the hunting business dragged on the retailer’s latest quarterly results.

 

The U.S. Education Department reported that in the 2015-2016 school year, “nearly 240 schools … reported at least 1 incident involving a school-related shooting.” The number is far higher than most other estimates. But NPR reached out to every one of those schools repeatedly over the course of three months and found that more than two-thirds of these reported incidents never happened.

 

Boston Red Sox star J.D. Martinez stood by his controversial Instagram post showing Adolf Hitler, saying Tuesday he was defending the Second Amendment. Martinez, a perennial American League MVP candidate, posted the photo in 2013. The picture featured Hitler along with the quote, “To conquer a nation, first disarm it’s (sic) citizens.” Martinez captioned the post, “This is why I always stay strapped! #thetruth”

 

One Canadian woman, who is only known as “Susan,” is causing quite the debate online after posting a bizarre Facebook rant about her now-canceled wedding. The couple called off the wedding just days before their I dos, after their guests refused to pay the $1,500 attendance fee Susan was demanding in order to pay for her $46,020 dream wedding.
