MSNBC’s Joy Reid Wonders if Steve Scalise’s Life is More Important than Politics

Leave it to cable news nitwit Joy Reid at MSNBC to put words to what many on the left are feeling right now. In an interview with Rev. William Barber of the NAACP, Reid wondered aloud whether it was appropriate for liberals to overlook Rep. Steve Scalise’s politics in order to wish him well during his recovery from gunshot wounds inflicted by a man who was upset with Scalise’s politics. Barber’s response was to hope that Scalise would have learned his lesson and upon his recovery, would change his politics to reflect those of the left.

Seriously. That’s what they said.
