The knives have come out early for Sen. Jeff Sessions, President-Elect Trump’s selection for Attorney General. Critics have attempted to paint Sessions as a racist, unworthy of the office to which he’s being nominated. But the caricature of Sessions doesn’t reflect his record or the man known by his colleagues.
