Violence Breaks Out at Multiple Malls Across the Country

On the day after Christmas, violence erupted at shopping malls across the country, including at Fox Valley Mall in suburban Aurora. Reports have come in from over a dozen different malls, each with similar descriptions. The violence seems to have begun with fights between young patrons that escalated until police were able to arrive on the scene and disperse the crowds. It also appears that many of these disturbances were organized on social media.
