Investigators are piecing together how an airline ground agent stole an empty commercial airplane, took off from Sea-Tac International Airport and crashed into a small island in the Puget Sound after being chased by military jets that were quickly scrambled to intercept the aircraft.

 

A 29-year-old woman is dead and at least 27 others have been wounded in weekend gun violence across the city since Friday afternoon. While that’s still a lot, it’s down from the previous week.

 

Mayor de Blasio is a such a big believer in the free press that he let two bodyguards physically remove a credentialed New York Post reporter who had the temerity to ask him a question in public on Sunday.

Democratic Congressional candidate Steven Lamar Foster railed against residents of his own Georgia county and made racial statements involving Hispanics and “damn Arabs” during his DUI arrest. Foster was convicted of drunk driving last week, but the police dashcam video of his September 2017 arrest just surfaced.
